Poughkeepse Community Day Draws Crowds

POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. -- Many visitors were drawn to the free Community Day Celebration in Poughkeepsie on Saturday, the Poughkeepsie Journal reported.

Bardavon was host of the free Upper Saddle River Park Community Day Celebration that featured food and entertainment, including a petting zoo.

“It’s fun,” Eric Ashburn, of Poughkeepsie, told the Poughkeepsie Journal. “It’s great to be able to come down to the park and experience all the multicultural entertainment."

Bands included Jarana Beat, Kim & Reggie Harris, among others.
