By lowering prices for the event's two-week period, restaurants hope to giver diners a chance to try new places and new dishes.

For two weeks, through Sunday, March 20, more than 200 restaurants in the mid- and lower-Hudson Valley offer special three-course dinner menus for $29.95. Many also offer 3-course lunches for $20.95. (Plus beverage, tax and tip.)
