While back and spine problems can be both painful and debilitating, there are many treatment options to consider.

Join neurosurgeons Dr. Virany Hillard, of Brain and Spine Surgeons of New York, and Dr. Omar Syed, of CareMount Medical, for Health Quest’s new 'Dinner with the Doc' series from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 28 at the Clock Tower Grill, located at 512 Clock Tower Commons Drive in Brewster.

Drs. Hillard and Syed, who are both also on the medical staff at Putnam Hospital Center, will discuss common degenerative disorders of the spine and the many treatments available, including medications, injections, physical therapy and minimally invasive surgeries.

“So many people suffer from back pain,” Syed said. “It’s important to learn about the latest advances in medicine in order to make informed choices and hopefully, improve the quality of their lives.”

The 'Dinner with the Doc' series includes a complimentary dinner and a question-and-answer session following the presentation.

Registration is required as space is limited. Reservations must be made by Sept. 14. To register, call 845-554-1734.
