What Makes It Pasta Perfect: The restaurant, owned by Scott Rosenberg and Edwardo Lauria, is known for what Rosenberg calls "inventive Italian food" with an urban feel.

"We offer high-level service and high-level food, and we have an extensive all Italian wine list," he said. "We have a very intimate relationship with our customer base, and we have a very high level of return clientele."

Worth Special Mention: The restaurant has won 10 Wine Spectator Magazine awards over the last 10 years, and earned an award for "Best Pasta in the Hudson Valley" from Hudson Valley Magazine in 2015. Half of their pastas are handmade at the restaurant.
