What Makes It Good: There really isn't a secret, said Owner John Tomaj, other than consistency. "We've been using our same sauce and dough recipes for 29 years. As the saying goes 'If it ain't broke don't fix it,'" he said.
There is one simple rule: Family First. "Our business was started for our family and we promised ourselves that we would show our kids what hard work can achieve," he added.
The family atmosphere of the eatery is all about making customers become family as well. "For us, it isn't just a simple pizza night; it's more of a 'From Our Family To Yours,'" said Tomaj.
And, of course, the pies are worth driving out of your way for. The most popular is the Margherita, made with a light sauce, mozzarella, fresh tomatoes and fresh basil, then sprinkled with parmesan cheese and olive oil. There are also lots of specialty pies
