The annual charity concert is being held on Saturday, Nov. 18., at the Chance Theater at 6 Crannell Street in Poughkeepsie.

Foodstock has raised over $50,000 to feed people in the Hudson Valley. The event was founded by Lorenzo Angelino and Ryan Michael.

"Our goal is for Foodstock to always build upon the previous year,” said Michael. “Even as we've worked with national acts over the past few years, our formula really hasn't changed. Foodstock will always feature diverse, local musicians, and the proceeds will always go toward helping our neighbors right here the Hudson Valley community."

Sponge plans to play their hit album Rotting Pinata in its entirety, which features the hit songs "Plowed," and "Molly (Sixteen Candles)." Other performers include Ruth Ruth, Sirsy, Snaphammer, Rachael Hendricks, Story Charlemagne, and DJ Joey Hernandez.

Non-perishable food items will be collected at the door. All proceeds will benefit local family and food-based charities. To buy tickets visit the Chance Theater box office, www.ticketweb.com or call 845-471-1966. For more information, visit www.FoodstockFund.org
