“These 40 young professionals truly represent the best and brightest in the Hudson Valley,” said Frank Castella, Jr., president and CEO of the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce.

Bestowed annually to 40 people under the age of 40 who have shown a strong commitment to the Hudson Valley, the Shaker Awards honor the next generation of leaders in our region. Chosen from a pool of 110 applicants, the 2016 Forty Under 40 honorees encompass professions ranging from lawyers to bankers, massage therapists to marketers, firefighters and police officers and everything in between.

“This year’s class of recipients only further demonstrates the excellence of our young residents. I look forward to seeing them in the spotlight, proudly holding their shakers, with their family and friends cheering them on!” said co-chair of the Forty Under 40 selection committee David Mack from Habitat for Humanity. Mack was an honoree in 2013.
