Rabbi Neal Joseph Loevinger is Director of Spiritual Care Services at Vassar Brothers Medical Center, where he leads a growing team of diverse interfaith chaplains and chaplain interns. Before coming to Vassar Brothers, he was the rabbi of Temple Beth-El, the largest congregation in the Mid-Hudson Valley, and before that served in Boston and Toronto. He lives in Poughkeepsie with his wife, two children and a very old poodle.
