The Think Local First Business & Hospitality Expo will be held at the Mid-Hudson Civic Center on Wednesday, Oct. 25.
An annual event, this year's expo will feature a Hospitality Garden, where local venues, restaurants, caterers, hotels and craft beverage makers will showcase their products and offer free photos and samples of their goods. This year’s meeting will also include an After Hours networking opportunity from 4-6 p.m. with music, food and a cash bar for vendors and attendees.
From 1-4 p.m. outside the Civic Center, Royal Carting Service Company will provide businesses the opportunity to recycle old electronics, courtesy of Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corporation and Quality Environmental Solutions & Technologies. A suggested recycling donation of $5 for individuals and $20 for businesses will benefit the programming of The Chamber Foundation, Inc.
Chamber members can reserve a table in the Hospitality Garden for $199, while non-member tables are $349. The price includes a 6-foot table with skirt, chairs and a sign. Member and non-member businesses and organizations can also reserve booths; prices are $399 for members and $549 for non-members. Booths include an 8x8-foot pipe-and-drape space with a 6-foot table, skirt, chairs and sign.
